How payment works
- Start with an address or a point on the map.
- Review a free snapshot with parcel details, public value when available, and up to three preliminary checks.
- Sign in to save the property snapshot to your account.
- Review the current price and pay through Stripe to unlock the full report.
- Groundcheck starts the full report after Stripe confirms payment.
You pay separately for each property report you choose to unlock. If report generation fails, Groundcheck returns the reserved report credit to your account.
